Drum
Spun head or "DOMEX WEAR" fabricated head; 48" inside reinforcing plate: AR200 or optional "DOMEX WEAR" steel drum shell, Hot-Pressed AR200 or "DOMEX WEAR" blades with wear rods; submerged arc welded outside seams; 1040 HC machined solid steel drum track; 42" discharge opening; auxiliary "surge fins" and bolt-on inspection hatch.

Transmission

Hydrostatic Drive
Eaton heavy duty 54 series variable displacement. Optional Input rotation. Water System
125, 150, or 175 gallon optional side or overhead mounted steel or aluminum water tank; 3 position fill, dump and hold valve; high pressure relief valve; off-set sight gauge; 6” flapper filler valve; 1” rear water injection line.

Drum Rollers
Special alloy steel adjustable drum roller; tapered bearings; double sealed; center shaft lubrication, roller surface hardened to 500 Brinell; roller adjustments provided on one piece bracket with alignment pads. Remote roller greasing on rear pedestal for easy maintenance.

Charge Hopper
42" x 26" top opening; 26" throat; hopper bolts at top for the optional removal. Optional air actuated tilt-away feature.

Rear Pedestal
Highly reinforced universal rear pedestal can accommodate standard or paving drums. Bracing throughout the body of the pedestal and fully reinforced roller deck.

Ladder
Non-skid ladder rungs and extended platform base for enhanced visibility and safety; fold down boarding extension; rungs aligned in folded up position for safety. 1" guard rail on top platform; easy incline angle.

Controls
In cab and rear drum rotation cable controls; chute raise and lower; rear water injection and wash down valve; optional electronic controls with quick-disconnect handheld rear pendant and 20 ft. cable. Optional wireless mixer controls with remote.

Chutes
Paving type main chute with transitional fold-over; three 48" extensions for 20 feet total length; positive 7 position pin lock. A-Pad gear pump mounted on Eaton hydraulic pump controls chute raise/lower; Air chute lock for infinite chute positioning.

Chute hoist
Electric over hydraulic chute lift; aircraft toggle switch control; 2" diameter double or single-action chute lift cylinder.

Revolution Counter
Electric digital revolution counter mounted with resettable read out. Features magnetic sensor control.

Fenders
12 Gauge Steel or aluminum flat top for easy cleanup with heavy duty end plates, steel fenders are a 1-piece design that reduces friction and corrosion points for longer life and better wear. Fully enclosed wiring and protected recessed light sockets; Front and rear mud flaps.

Paint
Mixer and components sand blasted ssPC6 prior to painting. Shot blasting imbeds oils and impurities from recycled shot into the painting surface and is not used or recommended by Beck. Mixers Primed with Jones Blair Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer. Finish coated with chip and crack resistant Jones Blair Industrial polyurethane. Anti-Graffiti clear coat available.

Safety
Mounted mixers furnished with standard bilingual safety decals and backup alarm.
