Drum

1/4” AR200 head; 3/16” & 1/4” AR200 steel drum shell; 210 brinell; 3/16” & 1/4” AR200 hot-pressed blades with wear rods; submerged arc welded outside seams; 1040 machined drum track; 42” (standard) & 46” (paver) discharge openings; auxiliary “surge fins” and bolt-on inspection hatch.

Transmission

Model ZF P-7300 and PK-7500

Hydrostatic Drive

Eaton heavy duty series-1 model 54 variable displacement pump. Cable or electronic rotation controls. Front or REPTO mounted. Eaton model 46 heavy duty motor. Comparable Bosch Rexroth pump and motor packages available.

Water System

90-150 gallon side, cross, or overhead mounted steel or aluminum water tank. Diaphragm pump and non pressurized tank system available.

Drum Rollers

Special alloy steel adjustable drum roller; tapered bearings; double sealed; center shaft lubrication, roller surface hardened to 500 brinell; remote greasing on rear pedestal for safety and convenience.

Charge Hopper

42” x 26 ½” top opening; 26” throat; hopper bolts at top for the optional removal and air tilt option.

Rear Pedestal

Rear enclosed, fully reinforced with bracing throughout the body of the pedestal; fully reinforced roller deck and uprights.

Ladder

Non-skid ladder rungs and extended platform base for enhanced visibility; fold down boarding extension; guard rail on top platform; easy incline climbing angle. Grab handles run the length of the ladder; fully reinforced lower platform.

Controls

Cab and rear controls for all mixer functions and truck throttle. Several options here including Omnex wireless mixer control

Chutes

Paving main chute with transitional or paving fold-over; three 4’ or 3’ extensions; positive 7 position pin lock; air chute brake.

Chute hoist

2 ½” diameter double acting hydraulic chute lift cylinder.

Revolution Counter

Electric digital revolution counter mounted with resettable read out. Features magnetic sensor control.

Fenders

12 gauge steel or aluminum flat top, 1-piece or 3-piece with heavy duty end plates, recessed & protected light sockets.and protected recessed light sockets; Front and rear mud flaps.

Paint

Mixer and components sand blasted SSPC prior to painting. Primed with zinc rich epoxy primer. Finish coated with chip and crack resistant Industrial poly-urethane; Optional clear coat.

Safety

Mixers furnished with standard safety decals and back-up alarm. Other safety features available
